First, let me say, I have no reason to fear using "real names" on this page. Think what you want, these guys are not here legally 9/10 of the time.

I work for a national chain. They do background checks. If you are a felon, you will not get a job here, no matter what you've done with your life.

If you have a clean record with a hispanic last name, they will not look further...
