I have been working as a food server off and on since I was fourteen and it never gets any less interesting. This is not about fine dining, its about the flip side of the industry working in the trenches of the massive national restaurant chains. Laugh or cry, people!

GM - He touches his weiner A LOT. At least, I assume that's what he's doing in the office all the time.

ASM - We call him the "Ass Man" for a reason. We rotate a lot of junior managers through our store because apparently, only one assistant manager in the entire area can stand to work for this guy. Possibly, they touch each others weiners a lot - and I don't mean they are gay. They just seem to spend a lot of time helping each other figure out how NOT to work for a living.

KM - Our kitchen manager. He's in his 30's and spikes his hair like a Backstreet Boy. 'Nuf said.
